Great service, great communication. I had a 15 year old Baldwin lock with key no longer engaging. Ken and Cooper came out and in 15 minutes they diagnosed the problem (broken cam in my hand in pic), found Baldwin cam in their van, and fixed the problem- also gave the lock a thorough look over/lube. We have a solid wood front door with the most complicated security locking mechanism. The locking mechanism was so complicated and sticky that we just stopped locking our door after the first week we owned the home. We are selling the home and it was clear that if the first impression of entering a house is a terrible door, it was going to be a problem. They spent a significant amount of time adjusting every part of the door including the lock, the door hinges, and the inset mechanism to make it function smoothly.
